Full time, work contract for an undetermined period.

Client: Adiutum, Belgium

§  Project Management and Service Delivery Management (Prince, PMI, ITIL);

§  ICT Infrastructure Management in large and multi-vendor IT environments (Wintel, Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix, VMware, SharePoint) covering all technical phases including Architecture and Design, Implementation, Operations and Maintenance;

§  Computerized System Validation and Support to Governance: ensuring regulated Systems (GxP, SOX) are documented, tested and controlled from User Requirements up to Go Live Readiness.,

 

Primary responsibilities:

  • Gain a clear understanding of the needs of the job opening and write job description.
  • Source IT talent via networking, and from various job boards including Monster, ICTjob, through LinkedIn and other possible channels
  • Perform recruiting responsibilities: screening, phone screening and interviewing.  
  • Use online resources to reach out to candidates. 
  • Skype interviews and online chats may supplement traditional Human Resources techniques of in-person interviews and phone calls
  • Evaluate candidate skills/abilities and place in IT positions that meet their experience and expectations. 
  • Perform background checks on applicants and identify potential red flags.
  • Reach passive candidates by using creative forms of online recruitment (social networking LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Maintain communication (written and oral) with prospective and current candidates to build and strengthen relationships
  • Maintain accurate candidate tracking within the Adiutum CRM system

Job requirements:

  • Experience utilizing social media to create a following on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the proven ability to target, source, and attract key IT talent.
  • Ability to interact with high level candidates in the information technology industry
  • Ability to continuously gain knowledge of the IT industry and specific recruitment techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

§  Fluency (spoken and written) in French and English is required.

 

Experience is a plus:

§  Experience as a recruiter for IT staffing. 

  • Experience managing the full life cycle recruiting process.
  • Recruiting experience in a performance based organization is a must. 
  • Experience commenting and posting in various online forums to attract passive candidates.
